Case Study: Premier A/V Company Standardizes on Logitech and Google Video Conferencing Solutions

With a full-time staff of more than 300 employees and a seasonal workforce numbering in the hundreds, Clearwing Productions produces concerts and live events across North America. Coordinating logistics between distant teams requires precise planning and no margin for error. As a Google G-Suite customer, Clearwing needed a video collaboration solution capable of integrating with their existing workflow tools, that was intuitive for users, and easy to install and manage. “For the cost of our maintenance contract with the old system, with Logitech we [were] able to deploy video to all our meeting rooms, while dramatically reducing maintenance costs,” says Eric Latawiec, IT Support Specialist. In larger meeting spaces, Clearwing deployed the Logitech Tap touch control console as the room interface, and Logitech Rally for the camera and audio components.
